The persistent scourge of illegal dumping detrimentally impacting upon the local community must be addressed with immediate effect, Town Mayor, Cllr Aengus O’Rourke, informed the Athlone Advertiser this week following the launch of his ‘Report Illegal Dumping (RID)’ campaign.
